Account Director

With more than 20 years experience in advertising, marketing and business development, Fi works with the production team on concepts for web and print campaigns.  With her vast experience of customer service, she ensures that the company continues to consistently offer the highest possible level of service to all our clients, ensuring that the majority of our new business continues to come from referrals.  The perfect individual to oversee The Red Works day-to-day operations, Fiona is also responsible for some of our latest marketing materials. In her spare time she records fungi!

Mark Turner
Managing Director

Mark is in charge of the day-to-day creative development for all of The Red Works clients. With over 17 years experience as an on and off-line creative, Mark moved into digital design after honing his design skills within the clothing industry where he designed and produced ranges for the equestrian market. With an impeccable skill set in print and web design, and with knowledge and understanding that has been gained from previously being both client and creative in a variety of different industries, Marks experience gives The Red Works a unique advantage in fulfilling our clients needs and for ensuring that impeccable standards of conception, design, writing and implementation continue at the highest level. Mark is also a Tottenham Hotspurs fanatic but don’t hold that against him!

Jan Dean
Sales and Development Consultant

Jan has previously for many years travelled as far as Japan to implement cross platform project based accounting systems. Accredited by Access accounting software and an experienced referral marketing specialist, Jan’s professional attention to detail coupled with her business minded ambition makes her, an invaluable asset to The Red Works and our clients.
